Role Overview:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, fostering relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. This role offers a dynamic environment, allowing you to make a significant impact on the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting (cold calling) for new property management listings
  • Adhere to set weekly and monthly KPI’s and targets 
  • Proactively identifying potential new clients
  • Establish and maintain the database 
  • Create a qualified pipeline of business
  • Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of all rental property appraisals and new property management listings obtained
  • Prepare photos, signboards, and advertisements for available rental properties

Qualifications:

  • QLD real estate certificate or licence essential.
  • Proven track record in business development within Property Management essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of property management, the rental market and more.
