Our client is a diverse property group looking for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to manage a mixed portfolio located on the Bayside and surrounding areas. The way they operate is highly dependent on good business relationships, transparency and trust, and hold themselves accountable to the highest standards in all their undertakings.

The Role:

This role will be ideal for a candidate seeking a diverse role who enjoys a challenge and has a collaborative mindset to engage with our customers and stakeholders. 
They are seeking a motivated property professional with experience stemming from either a commercial property management or retail management background.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a mixed portfolio of Retail, Commercial & Industrial tenancies
• Conduct property inspections
• Conduct condition reports
• Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors
• Arrears management  
• Maintenance Manager
• Operations Management
• Relationship Management

Working closely within the Commercial PM team, the role requires someone that is switched on and capable of high output and has a pre-emptive mindset. Ideally, you will have at least 1-2 years experience within a property environment and have strong knowledge in property legislation and management.
