Key Details:

• Location: Full time WFH with a remote team! 
• Salary: $65,000 plus superannuation
• Additional Benefits: Company car take home plus commissions 
• Work Schedule: Full-time regular office hours + every 2nd or third Saturday for a few hours desirable

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting property inspections and showcasing properties to potential tenants
• Managing leasing enquiries and processing of applications 
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with landlords and tenants 
• Ensuring all leasing documentation and contracts are accurately prepared and processed
• Collaborating with the team to achieve leasing targets and objectives

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Property Management, Sales or as a Leasing Consultant in the real estate industry
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail
• Familiarity with Brisbane’s real estate market and trends
• Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
• Drive to work towards targets, sales ability and a strong communicator
