About this opportunity:

You will be a part of a high-performing team, managing Property Management functions and ensuring compliance.  
No day will be the same and duties will be varied in this fast-paced and supportive team.  

• Portfolio management with a supportive team structure in place
• No out of office or trust accounting required!
• Parking onsite 
• $75,000 – $80,000 + Super + Access to company car when required

The successful candidate:

• Experience within Property Management
• Open to an assistant PM stepping up
• Valid QLD certificate of registration
• Customer service focused
• QLD drivers licence & reliable vehicle
• Confident ability with portfolio management within Property Management 
• Professional personal presentation
