You will be a part of a high-performing sales administration team, managing administrative function and ensuring compliance.

Duties will include:

  • Liaising with both internal and external stakeholders – i.e. agents, conveyancers, contractors, vendors
  • Support agents from pre-listing duties through to the sale, including marketing documentation
  • Manage contracts/files and ensure compliance to both legislation and agency policy/standard
  • Administrative duties for current listings
  • Organising pre-listing kits, listing presentations, appraisal documents, and sales contracts
  • Database management and updating client records

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Ideally we are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator that brings 1 -2 years dedicated experience in this role
