Job Summary:

Due to several projects commencing, we are seeking a Contracts Administrator for a 3 month contract commencing asap.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Take offs
  • Estimating
  • General administration 
  • Procurement
  • Subcontracts
  • RFI’s
  • Subcontract Payments
  • Head Contract Claims
  • Variations  
Qualifications and Skills: 
  • 3 - 4 years’ experience with Contract administration
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Confident in undertaking all contract administrator tasks
  • Procore background is an advantage
