Join this long standing team as their Assistant Property Manager - working across a few of their inner city developments. You will be working in a dynamic team who are collaborative, driven and hold a culture that seeps positivity every day. 

The Role:

In filling the role of Leasing & Property Management Assistant we are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual that has the ability to provide a high level of service. Working onsite an impressive residential apartment development building that is a sanctuary with all the benefits of inner-city living. You would be joining a highly regarded developer and assisting them in their expanding Property Management arm.

Your day to day responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting the Senior Property Manager & PM team
  • Conducting open homes via private appointments and inspections
  • Taking leasing enquiries via email and phone
  • Handle ingoing & outgoing inspections
  • Application process including reference checks
  • Routine inspections and phoning arrears
  • Ad hoc administration
Skills & Experience:
As the ideal candidate you will have a keen desire to excel in Real Estate and your career. You will also possess: 
  • Experience with Leasing / Property Management and a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Be well presented
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent administration and support experience
  • Local area knowledge
