The Role:

On a daily basis, your duties will include:
- Diary, e-mail and appointment management for lead agent
- Rigorous prospecting, tracking, hitting KPI’s and a passion to over achieve
- Manage and organise sales appraisals and constant CRM management
- Communication with solicitors during the sales process
- Liaising appointments, ensuring all document are prepared
- Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material and agent branding
- Prepare and attend proposals, presentations and auctions
- Manage the settlement process
- Preparing for open homes and private inspections
