Salary is negotiable based on industry experience.

Role & Responsibilities: 
  • General Administrative duties including email enquiries & Personal Assistant duties
  • Ensure all legislative obligations are met
  • Assistance with processing and following up on maintenance requests
  • Preparing meeting documents and minutes
  • General typing, scanning and photocopying of documents
  • Attending to customer queries via email, phone or in person
  • Assist in maintaining records and statutory deadlines (insurance, inspections etc.)
The Candidate:
  • Strong administration experience is essential!
  • Strata experience essential
  • Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Solid computer skills, and ability to learn new strata system.
  • Professional telephone manners and skills.
  • Willingness to learn and be a team player.
