Position: Property Manager
Location: Inner North Brisbane, QLD
Salary: Up to $85,000 Super (depending on experience) Fuel Allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of 160 properties
• Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants
• Conduct routine inspections and property maintenance
• Coordinate leasing activities
• Utilise Aylo property management software
• Utilise own car (reimbursed for fuel) for property inspections and management

Requirements:

• Previous experience in property management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the local rental market
• Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service
