We’re all about making sure your job hunt journey is stress free. With timely communication and expert knowledge of our industry, we leverage your skills and values to find your ideal role.

This is all about getting to know you! We want to identify your goals, competencies, character, and values. Come prepared to talk about your career history and what you are looking for in your next role. It is important to be as open as honest as possible so that we can get the best outcome for you.
With our knowledge of the industry, current market and employers, we analyse the information you provided in our screening interview to identify suitable active or future roles. Unless you’ve told us otherwise, we will always run roles by you before making a submission to the potential employer.

Your dedicated consultant will build a customised profile to send to prospective employers that will convey suitability for the role based on your experience, capabilities and strengths, and character and values.
During this time we will communicate with you and the prospective employers in order to get timely feedback and keep the process moving forward.

It is our policy to provide prospective employers with two reference checks. This is facilitated via a confidential third party tool called Referoo or conducted directly with the consultant.

Some employers also require you to complete testing. Common tests within the real estate and property industry are; psychometric, emotional intelligence and cognitive ability testing.

The employer will generally make an offer via your Huntd Recruit consultant. Once the offer has been accepted, a written letter of offer or contract of employment will be sent to you to sign. It is important that you review and sign this as soon as possible to secure the role.
Once the contract is signed, we’ll continue to work with you while you get started in the role. We’re all about making sure that you feel happy and comfortable with your new employer well into the future.
