Our client, a well-respected Real Estate agency situated in the inner Brisbane suburbs are looking for a Assistant Property Manager to work alongside a well looked after portfolio.
Along with providing a high level of service to their prestige clients, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within Real Estate.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Supportive team of experienced property managers
- Assist with, inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears and maintenance
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements
- Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio
- Any adhoc administration duties (as requested).
About you:
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
- Customer-first approach, focuses on delivering quality service to all clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks on the go
- Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical ability to learn new systems quickly
- Flexibility to work Saturdays
- Reliable vehicle with QLD drives licence valid
- QLD Real Estate registration essential
