You will be responsible for providing high quality executive support and administration assistance to the team.

Position: Sales Executive Assistant
Location: East Brisbane
Salary: $70-75k + Super + Bonuses OTE (On-Target Earnings): $100,000pa

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the executive team’s calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Liaising with stakeholders including solicitors, booking Auctioneers
  • Plan and coordinate events, including client meetings and team-building activities
  • Manage all property administration from sign up to sale (including agency agreements, sales advices, correspondence etc)
  • Sign off on all compliance requirements of every property file at sign up and exchange to ensure sales coordinators are adhering to the legislative requirements of the OFT
  • Manage the exchange and settlement stages
  • Reporting on team numbers such as appraisals & listings
