The Role:

In filling the role of Leasing/New Business Administrator we are looking for a self-motivated and organised individual that has the ability to provide a high level of service. Essentially coordinating the growth department and being the conduit from new business to Property Management – you will need to be someone confident enough to give the department a push and keep them all organised!

Skills & Experience:

As the ideal candidate you will have a keen desire to excel in Real Estate and your career. You will also possess: 

  • Certificate of Registration in Real Estate (desirable)
  • Experience and  good understanding or Real Estate/Property Management administration
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Have exceptional communication skills
  • Excellent administration and support experience
  • Local area knowledge
  • Strong organisation and team management skills to ensure a flowing work environment
