About the role:

• Assist with inspections and entry condition reports
  Leasing, advertising and responding to enquiries
• Routine inspections
• Support with maintenance
• Correspondence between tenants, landlords and tradespeople
• Ad hoc administration tasks
• Rent arrears
• Preparing lease packs
• Tenant welcome packs
• General office administration

The ideal candidate will be ambitious and hard-working with the following attributes:

• Passionate about their career and Property Management
• Exceptional communication & relationship building skills
• Strong time & organisation management with high attention to detail
• Natural problem solver with an innate sense of initiative
• Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
• A current QLD Certificate of Registration
• Drivers licence & vehicle
