We are searching for a Property Management Associate / Assistant Property Manager, located City Fringe, to work with a large highly successful Real Estate team! Must have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate and some Real Estate experience is ideal.

Along with providing a high level of service to their prestige clients, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career within a team that has great structure, support and training within Property Management.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Support 2 x experienced property managers, working within a large team 
• Assist with, inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears and maintenance
• Liaise with landlords and tenants
• Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements
• Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio
• Any adhoc administration duties (as requested).

About you:

• Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written 
• Customer-first approach, focuses on delivering quality service to all clients
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks on the go
• Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Technical ability to learn new systems quickly
• Reliable vehicle with QLD drives licence
• QLD Real Estate registration essential
