We are searching for a Property Management Associate / Assistant Property Manager, located City Fringe, to work with a large highly successful Real Estate team! Must have completed your QLD Real Estate Certificate and some Real Estate experience is ideal.

- Support 2 x experienced property managers, working within a large team
- Assist with, inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears and maintenance
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Rental application reviews and preparing lease agreements
- Learn from the best and prepare yourself for your own portfolio
- Any adhoc administration duties (as requested).
- Outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
- Customer-first approach, focuses on delivering quality service to all clients
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks on the go
- Outstanding relationship building and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical ability to learn new systems quickly
- Reliable vehicle with QLD drives licence
- QLD Real Estate registration essential
- No weekend work required!
